Never give a perfect 10 to anyone. Delivery and up to date contact when the delivery would arrive was good. Probably the timeframe of ordering and actually getting the bed base was too long but I knew that when I ordered and I wasn't in a hurry anyway. Bed base was easy to assemble and well made

Communication was excellent once the purchase was made and delivery was prompt. I only gave 9 because the time between purchase and delivery was over 4 months. Products were as described. I love the drawers in the bed bases they fit perfectly the drawer compartments from Ikea.
