The free sample service is great and was very helpful in making my decision. I also appreciate the follow up email from Kylie and the photos sent from the showroom. The Hannah bed head and matching Emily storage ottoman are lovely and good quality . The only improve my could maybe be a faster delivery time as we had to wait a few weeks, however, is understandable given the unprecedented times but the delivery team on the day were excellent and very polite.
