I had bought a faulty bed from another retailer (big international brand that is quite expensive). Had a really bad experience. In comparison, I found this bed online, got a virtual showroom tour with Tracey (who did her best to show me all my weird and wonderful requests like take the Doona off, sit on the bed so I can make sure it doesn't freak, put the doona on... etc). Assembly was simple and the driver called on the way.
