Bumping and shaking is inevitable during transport. Since the drawers are quite heavy, after all movement in transport, pre-assembled drawers may deform the drawer runners and consequently get the runners stuck. The whole product will most likely go to waste once the drawers get stuck. Your a bit more patience with building up the drawers by yourselves will help avoid the issue and save a good product from going to waste.

I purchased the Cato Chest of Drawers as I needed additional storage in my master bedroom. I wanted something simple yet elegant in design, not too fussy but also functional. The clean lines and timber colour made it the perfect piece for my space and the push mechanisms on the drawers make it so easy to open and close without yanking at the drawers. I'm extremely happy with my purchase, I'm thinking I might get the matching bedside tables too!
