We pride ourselves on a simple and accurate online experience, but if for any reason your item is not for you we will happily exchange it within 21 days.

The 21-day returns period commences on the date you receive your product, and we accept all returns — even if you’ve simply had a change of heart.

To process a return just submit an online form, whereupon we will contact you to arrange a pick-up time, and send you a returns label. Once we’ve received the return, we process the refund. Voila!

The fabric is so lovely and the bedhead makes my room look really regal and sophisticated. The detail in the craftsmanship really stands out and gets a lot of compliments. Considering they are cheaper than IKEA yet the quality makes them look very expensive I couldn't be happier! The range is gorgeous but mostly the delivery and customer support people are great. They have been given the delegation and empowerment to go over and above to help, which makes all the difference and has turned me into a loyal customer
