Building furniture is only half the journey. Arguably the more important task is delivering your new purchase to you.
To ensure you receive your new designer piece as quickly and as safely as possible we've covered a variety of shipping details which are explained below.
How much does delivery cost?
Here at Brosa we offer competitive delivery pricing on all our furniture pieces to make furniture shopping simple. This means you never have to pay confusing and expensive delivery fees again. Our shipping calculator will automatically calculate the best shipping price based on your location and the size and weight of the furniture piece you're buying when the products are added to your shopping cart, see example below.

Delivery pricing applies to each product in your order so if you're ordering more than one piece the delivery cost will add per product. Our dynamic shipping calculator will automatically recalculate the best shipping price as you add or remove items from your shopping cart.
Delivery pricing is calculated by product as our furniture is made by a number of different crafting teams and our pieces arrive at our warehouse at different times. That is why we have to charge delivery for each item, rather than per order.
For the convenience of our customers, we group all order items to be dispatched together. If you have purchased items that had varying dispatch times on the website and you wish to receive select pieces earlier. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and our team will be more than happy to assist where possible.
How long does it take for my item to arrive?
Brosa is like any other designer furniture store in that we make our pieces to order for customers. Every product has it's own lead time which can be seen on the product page. Production involves cutting fabrics and timbers, upholstering and quality control checks, all the things involved in crafting together your purchase. The production round for your purchase starts when the timer for your product reaches zero.
Many times we make extra pieces of our most popular collections which means we can do express shipping for certain products because they are in stock in our warehouse
Will my piece be delivered to my home?
Yes all your orders will be delivered to the front of your home with a courier which provides full tracking from the moment it leaves our dispatch centre.
Can I decide when my item will be delivered?
This depends on your delivery area, but 90% of the time a delivery time can be organised. Once we send you a tracking number we will also provide contact details for the courier so you can reach them and organise a time. The couriers are the best people to organise this as they control the individual drivers and can give you more details on when you can expect your purchase.
How will my item(s) be delivered?
All our furniture products are delivered by a one man delivery service unless otherwise selected in the checkout (for eligible postcodes), this includes larger items like sofas and bed frames. Smaller items such as rugs, wall art, homewares are delivered via courier directly to your shippig address.
Brosa Regular Delivery
A service provided by our specialist delivery partner and tailored for Brosa customers. After you order leaves our warehouse, you will be contacted to arrange a suitable time for receiving your delivery. Your furniture is safely packaged for safe transit and will be delivered and handled by a professional delivery driver. NOTE: With our standard delivery service, you will be required to assist the driver in carrying the item from the curbside.
Deliveries to any address that require using a lift or staircase will only be left at the entrance of the lift or foot of the stairs. Unfortunately courier drivers are not able to help bring the order up the stairs or lifts so you will need to organise for another person to help you bring the product to your address.
Please remember that it is your responsibility to check that your items will fit through doors, staircases and lifts in their packaging before you place your order.
Brosa Upgraded Deluxe Delivery (only valid with eligible larger freight)
An upgraded service for larger furniture items, provided by our specialist delivery partner and tailored for Brosa customers. After your order leaves our warehouse, you will be contacted by phone to arrange a suitable time for receiving your delivery. NOTE: The delivery staff will bring your furniture items to your front door and you won’t be required to assist in carrying the item(s) from the curbside.
Brosa 2-man Deluxe delivery (only valid with eligible freight and postcodes)
An upgraded service option provided by our specialist delivery partner and tailored for our Brosa customers. A team of two professional delivery staff will bring the furniture items to your front door. NOTE: The delivery team may not necessarily bring the items inside your house. As with all Brosa pieces, your furniture is safely packaged for safe transit.
