Building furniture is only half the journey. Arguably the more important task is delivering your new purchase to you. 

To ensure you receive your new designer piece as quickly and as safely as possible we've covered a variety of shipping details which are explained below. 

 

How much does delivery cost?

Here at Brosa we offer competitive delivery pricing on all our furniture pieces to make furniture shopping simple. This means you never have to pay confusing and expensive delivery fees again. Our shipping calculator will automatically calculate the best shipping price based on your location and the size and weight of the furniture piece you're buying when the products are added to your shopping cart. 

Our competitive delivery pricing is calculated per item and our dynamic shipping calculator will automatically recalculate the best shipping price as you add or remove items from your shopping cart.

Delivery pricing applies to each product in your order so if you're ordering more than one piece the delivery cost will add per product. Our dynamic shipping calculator will automatically recalculate the best shipping price as you add or remove items from your shopping cart.

For the convenience of our customers, we group all order items to be dispatched together. To receive the items on your order as they become available please submit your enquiry here.

How long does it take for my item to arrive?

Every product has it's own lead time which can be seen on the product page. 

Many times we make extra pieces of our most popular collections which means we can do express dispatch for certain products because they are in stock in our distribution centre 



Will my order be delivered to my home address? 

The order will be delivered to the delivery address that you have provided. Please note medium and large furniture items cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.  


Can I decide when my item will be delivered? 

For Medium and Large items, the couriers will contact you to schedule a specific day for delivery, to make sure you’ll be home. If the suggested delivery date is not suitable please advise the courier. 

Smaller furniture items, artwork, homewares, cushions, lighting products, upholstery care products, bedding and manchester will be delivered with Australia Post or DHL. Once these items are dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You will not be contacted to arrange delivery.

If you are not available for delivery, our couriers can leave your items in a safe place. All we need from you is a signed Authority To Leave form. If you would like to receive the form, please contact our customer service team.

 



How will my item(s) be delivered? 

 

All our furniture items are delivered by a courier. If you are located outside Metro Melbourne and Metro Sydney the couriers will contact you prior to delivery to arrange a delivery date. These orders will be delivered by one delivery driver unless otherwise selected at checkout (for eligible postcodes), this includes larger items like sofas and bed frames.

If you are located in the Metro Melbourne and Metro Sydney area* you will receive a text notification when any medium or large items are ready for delivery. You will be able to arrange a delivery date with the couriers.

Smaller items such as rugs, wall art, lighting products, bedding and homewares are delivered via Australia Post or DHL. For smaller items, the couriers will not contact you to arrange delivery.



Outside Metro Melbourne & Metro Sydney

Brosa Delivery

Small items will be delivered by one of our courier partners such as Australia Post and DHL. We will send you a tracking link for your delivery after the item(s) leave our dispatch centre.

Your order is safely packaged for transit and will be handled by professional delivery drivers.



Brosa Regular Delivery

This delivery service is available for medium to large furniture items. We choose the best couriers to bring you a great delivery experience. Our couriers will contact you to schedule a specific day for delivery, to make sure you’ll be home. NOTE: With our regular delivery service, you may be required to assist the driver in carrying the item from the curbside.

 


Brosa Deluxe Upgraded 2-Man Delivery (+$49)
(only valid with eligible postcodes)

UPGRADED SERVICE: A team of two professional delivery staff will bring your furniture items to your front door and you won’t be required to assist in carrying the item(s) from the curbside.

Deliveries to any address that require using a lift or staircase will only be left at the entrance of the lift or foot of the stairs. Unfortunately, courier drivers are not able to help bring the order up the stairs or lifts. 



Metro Melbourne & Metro Sydney only*

FREE - Inside Home Entrance Drop-off (Metro Melbourne & Metro Sydney)



This is provided by Brosa's own service, Delivery by Brosa®. A tailored service to suit our customers, this includes live SMS tracking on the day of delivery. The drivers will deliver the items inside the entrance of your home. Creating the home of your dreams should be painless, and so should the delivery. What you will get:

- Our couriers will contact you to schedule a specific day for delivery, to make sure you’ll be home.

- Great service - 2-person delivery team means no hassle or heavy lifting
