Do you take phone orders?

Yes we do. You can find our phone number on our contact page. Our friendly customer support team will be more than happy to help. 


Where do you ship to?

At the moment we only ship to addresses in Australia. We are however expanding into other countries in the near future. Again, get in touch with our customer support team and we'll let you know the minute we launch in your country! 


Do you have a showroom?

Yes, we opened a showroom late 2016 called The Brosa Studio in Melbourne.

We're proud of the products we make, and our studio lets you get a good feel for our design and manufacturing standards. So we've hand-picked a selection of Brosa favourites, as well as some of our latest releases for you to see. You'll also receive expert style advice and help ordering from our in house interiors experts.

Do you sell to businesses or have commercial arrangements?

We definitely do. You can visit our commercial furniture orders page for more details. 


Can you make furniture using fabric I give you? 

Unfortunately, we only make furniture using selected fabrics sourced by our design team. 


Where are Brosa pieces made? 

We've travelled the world meeting master craftsmen from all across the globe who dedicate themselves to the art of furniture making. Through that process we've found makers in various parts of the world including China, Indonesia and Vietnam. As always, every piece is made to exacting standards. Quality is an obsession for us and our makers. 


Why is there a timer on your products?

To help keep costs minimal we make all our orders in batches. Each item is made specifically for a customer so there is no wastage and also ensures customers get the best price because we maximise every production round. 


What if the timer hits zero and I haven't ordered!

Great question, good news is that you haven't missed out so don't worry! All it means is that we will be moving your order to the next round of production. 


How do I return my order?

It pains us to hear any customer not being happy with a Brosa product but nonetheless we've made the return process simple.  Please submit a return request here within 7 days of your product arriving or contact us within 30 days from the date of delivery to report a faulty, damaged or incorrect item.


What do I do if my order is damaged?

First of all we're so sorry to hear that your order was damaged. We have a whole team dedicated to checking product quality and assurance from making through to delivery but sometimes despite our best efforts accidents do happen. Please submit a return request here.


Can I change my order?

We can change delivery address details as long as your item has not been dispatched yet. Apart from that it is very hard for us to change other details once the order has been placed. If you have any concerns, please email support@brosa.com and our team will endeavour to assist.


How do I track my order?

Our team will be keeping you up to date with where your order is from making through to delivery. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a link to your live order page. When your item(s) is dispatched a confirmation email will be sent to let you know your courier and tracking number has been updated.


I received the wrong order. Help!

How long does it take for my order to arrive.

Brosa is like most designer furniture stores in that we make our pieces to order for customers. Every product has it's own lead time which can be seen on the product page. Production involves cutting fabrics and timbers, upholstering and quality control checks, all the things involved in crafting together your purchase. The production round for your purchase starts when the timer for your product reaches zero. 

Many times we make extra pieces of our most popular collections which means we can offer express shipping for certain products because they are available in our warehouse.
