Introducing Charity from our Sydney Studio.

Charity studied design at the Sydney Design School and in 2019 received a Diploma of Interior Design and Decoration. Before embarking on her role at Brosa, Charity ran her own freelance designer business, TexAus Designs. Charity teams her experience with a love for bold colours to enhance her designs.

Describe your role at Brosa?

I’m one of Brosa’s interior stylists and sales consultants.

How would you describe your own personal interior style?

A mix of Boho and Mid Century Modern is my go-to design style. I love using different textures, interesting shapes and colours.

Where do you find everyday inspiration?

Pinterest is the perfect inspiration for new ideas.

What are your top tips for a well-styled home?

I’d say the best thing you can do is to stick to the same colours and timbers throughout all the spaces in your home for the sake of consistency.

Which design trends are you most excited about in 2022?

Shape, for sure. There are so many fun, funky shapes in furniture design these days. I’m completely obsessed with them.

What or who inspires you right now?

Designers, Kelly Wearstler and Tamsin Johnson, are both huge inspirations for me.

Charity’s top picks this month:

  1. Parc Dining Table
  2. Oslo Armchair
  3. Caledonia Rattan Sideboard
  4. Frank Bedside Table
