In celebration of our partnership with the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival 2022, we take you behind the scenes of our collaboration with Diana Chan. Stepping through the doors of Diana’s dreamy coastal home, we have one amazing Masterchef winner cooking up a storm, while our creative Brosa crew style the living room — and get to enjoy delicious food while doing so!

Great food & great style

To kick off the partnership, Diana met with our qualified stylist Tiana at the Fitzroy Studio. Diana needed a living room refresh and worked with Tiana to choose some new pieces for her home. The Como Motion Modular Sofa, Ada Swivel Accent Chairs, and Aldo Indoor / Outdoor Coffee Table and Aldo Indoor / Outdoor Side Table perfectly suit Diana’s light & coastal home. Accessorised with the Ainsley Beige Wool Shag Rug and the Kio Table Lamp to bring texture, depth and interest to the white furniture selects. Diana was thrilled with the styling advice she received from Tiana and loves her new look at home.

Quickfire Q&A

Describe your home in 3 words?

Modern contemporary, stylish & relaxed.

How do you make your home feel special when you have guests over for dinner?

I love to put on a show - I’ll dress the table with beautiful linen, lots of flowers and greenery. I love to show my guests how much I appreciate them visiting me.

What makes your home yours?

Living by the beach means I have the most beautiful sunset every day. It's also the perfect space for entertaining, which I do all the time.

My favourite meal to cook at home is a good Sunday roast. I love a roast chook with lots of different sides, some hasselback potatoes, greens, dips and sauces - I love a sharing meal!

Long walks, reading a book and relaxing by the beach.

Cooking with style

Diana has lovingly developed two exclusive recipes for Brosa. The first is Prawn Wontons in Chilli Broth, and the second is Char Kuey Teow. Cooking these recipes on our shoot had the Brosa team absolutely drooling, they smelt, looked and tasted incredible. Diana made the cooking look totally effortless on the day, but she assures us that both of these recipes are easy to cook at home — phew! We’ll be releasing these on our Instagram and YouTube channels, so keep your eyes peeled.
