Store Information

Tile House is a bathroomware and tile store supplying a wide range of quality products, including toilets, tapware, vanities, basins, showers, and floor and wall tiles. We stock leading brands such as Parisi, Otti, Linkware, ADP, Poisodon, Mier, Nero and more.

All applicable products comply with Australian standards, including Water Mark certification and WELS water efficiency ratings.

We offer expert product advice, delivery services, and trade pricing for builders and designers.

Return Policy

At Tile House, we are committed to providing high-quality products and service. Please read our returns policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Change of Mind or Incorrectly Ordered Items

We accept returns for change of mind or incorrectly ordered items under the following conditions:

Returns must be requested within 7 days of the purchase date.

All returns must be:

  • Pre-approved in writing
  • Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

Returned items must be:

  • In original, unopened packaging
  • In saleable, unused, and undamaged condition

Note: Products that have been installed, marked, modified, or used in any way are not eligible for return.

All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Replacement items due to incorrect ordering will be treated as new orders and are subject to stock availability.

2. Damaged Packaging or Products

Returns will not be accepted if the product is:

  • Returned with damaged or incomplete packaging
  • Chipped, broken, or not in saleable condition, unless damage occurred during delivery and is reported within 24 hours of receiving the item

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order items
  • Special orders not stocked regularly
  • Clearance, discontinued, or end-of-line items

However, these items may still be eligible for repair, replacement, or refund if faulty, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

4. How to Lodge a Return

To request a return, please message us via the Order History in your Account dashboard

with:

  • Your invoice number
  • A short explanation of the reason for return
  • Clear photos (if applicable, such as for damage or defects)

Once approved, items must be returned to our warehouse at the customer’s expense, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Inspection & Refunds

All returned items will be inspected. Tile House reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the above criteria.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the item.

Shipping & Warranty

At Tile House, we are committed to delivering quality products safely and standing behind what we sell. This policy outlines our shipping procedures and warranty coverage, in line with Australian Consumer Law.

a) Shipping Options

Standard Delivery: Available across metro and regional areas.

b) Delivery Timeframes

In-stock items are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days.

Special orders and non-stocked items may take longer. Estimated lead times will be provided at time of purchase.

c) Delivery Conditions

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information.

Delivery is to ground floor only unless pre-arranged.

Failed delivery attempts may incur a re-delivery fee.

Customers or their representatives must be present to receive the delivery.

d) Inspection on Delivery

All items must be inspected immediately upon delivery.

Any damage or missing items must be reported via the Order History in your Account dashboard.

Include clear photos and your invoice number.

Claims made outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

2. Warranty Policy

a) Manufacturer Warranty

All products are covered by a manufacturer warranty, which may vary depending on the brand and product.

Warranty periods typically range from 1 to 15 years.

Product documentation may include warranty details or instructions for registration.

b) What Is Covered

Manufacturing defects

Faults in materials or workmanship under normal residential use

c) What Is Not Covered

Damage caused by:

  • Incorrect installation
  • Misuse or neglect
  • Use of abrasive cleaners or chemicals
  • Unauthorised modifications
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic issues

d) How to Make a Warranty Claim

To lodge a claim, message us via the Order History in your Account dashboard with:

  • Your invoice number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and fault

We will work with the manufacturer to assess your claim and arrange a suitable outcome, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
