98% of products are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Ensure your address is correct during checkout. To aid in the speed of delivery, our system cannot accept order cancellations following payment. Allow 4 - 20 business days for Australian wide delivery.
Residential address will be required.
We will use Australia Post, Fastway and other courier services. If the buyer has a preferred service, please contact us after you have placed your order. If no message received, freight carriers will be selected according to buyer's location.
If buyer is unavailable at the time of delivery, a calling card will be left. Please reply to the calling card in time to avoid returns. Re-delivery fee will be charged for items that need re-delivery.
All returns must be accompanied with the buyer’s name and return reasons. Items returned without detailed information will be delayed in processing or be ignored.
If the buyer had a wrong purchase or changed their mind please contact us within 30 days after the original transaction date. Products must be returned at the buyer's cost in 100% complete condition, including all components, original boxes, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.
Original Freight costs are not refundable under any circumstances. For free shipping items, the original shipping cost will also be deducted from the purchase amount.
We are not responsible for the return shipping cost of items. Buyers are responsible for paying the return shipping.
If the item was received defective or was sent wrong, please contact us with photo evidence within 14 days of item received. The defective/wrong item may need to be returned to us and the replacement will be sent at our cost.
If refund/exchange is required, a 20% restocking fee will apply to cover the labour costs of picking/repacking the order and returning it to the shelf.
Please choose carefully as we don't honor change of mind. We will review this on a case-by-case basis and we hold the right to refuse a return if we deem to be unsatisfactory.
Excluded change of mind items
The following items cannot be returned if you change your mind: Electrical Parts, Goggles, Mask, Helmet, Body Armour.
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled:
- to cancel your service contract with us; and
- to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.

Product Type A: Electric Bike and Electric Conversion Kit Limited Warranty
We warrant against possible manufacturing defects providing the following conditions are satisfied:
Product is completely and correctly assembled
Product is used under normal condition for its intended purpose
Product receives all necessary maintenance and adjustments
Product is used for general transportation or recreational use only
What is covered by this Limited Warranty;
1 Year Frame only (For Electric Bike)
1 Year Warranty on Motor only
1 Year Warranty on Battery only
What is not covered by this Limited Warranty:
When the bicycle is used negligently or results in damage due to traffic accident.
Top Speed is not covered under warranty, if your electric bike does not reach estimated top speeds, this is not covered under warranty.
If your electric bike does not reach the factory estimated distance advertised and can vary depending on how you use the electric bike and the total weight carried, this is not covered under warranty.
All batteries will and do lose capacity over time, capacity loss is not covered under warranty. (If the battery unit is used incorrectly or seal tampered with, this will void your battery warranty). Others that is not covered under warranty for battery are; If you have not charged your battery regularly, left your battery sitting unused for over more than 3 months, If you damaged your charger or battery by incorrect use.
When your battery starts to lose capacity and runs for less distance, this is not covered under warranty.
Damage due to normal wear and tear and maintenance. Parts that are not covered under warranty under normal wear and tear include; tires, tubes, brakes, brake pads, derailleur and gear adjustments, tightening on all nuts, spokes, bottom bracket, chain and general adjustments (Please have your bike service regularly by a bicycle mechanic)
Rust and corrosion on bike is not covered under warranty.
Damage due to external causes will not be covered under warranty.
Any minor scratches, marks or imperfections will not be covered.
Warranty will be void if the product is ever:
Used in any competitive sport
Modified in any way, includes but not limited to: modifications to the bicycle, components, electrical components
Misused, abused or neglected
Rented, for commercial use, sold or given away
TDRMOTO will not be liable for incidental or consequential loss or damage due directly or indirectly from use of this product.
Product Type B: Bicycle Limited Warranty
We warrant against possible manufacturing defects providing the following conditions are satisfied:
Product is completely and correctly assembled
Product is used under normal condition for its intended purpose
Product receives all necessary maintenance and adjustments
Product is used for general transportation or recreational use only
What is covered by this Limited Warranty;

What is not covered by this Limited Warranty:

Product Type C: 4 Stroke Engines Limited Warranty
We offer 3 months Limited warranty on 4 stroke engines, which does not include the gears, clutch and electric components.
Condition of Warranty
The engine needs to be run in about 2 tanks of fuel (Standard Unleaded Petrol). Please do not rev the engine right out while running in. Then change the sunp oil, use 20W-50/4 stroke motorcycle oil.
Please check chain tension and all necessary nuts and bolts on the bike before riding.
We are not responsible for any other issues arising from insufficient or improper maintenance on modifications or loss of parts through usage or damage. Due to mishandling, misassemble, misuse, accident or collision will not be covered by warranty.
Warranty does not replace parts that are considered to be normal wear and tear, Such as NUTS, BOLTS, CABLES, WHEELS, TYRES, CHAIN, SPROCKETS, PLASTICS, EXHAUST, AND SPOKES ETC.
WE DO NOT HOLD RESPONSIBILITY for any theft, damage or injury CAUSED WHILST OPERATING THIS PRODUCT.
Product Type D: Motorcycle Limited Batteries
We will give 90 days replacement warranty from the date of original purchase under normal and non-commercial use. However, the defective battery must be returned to us at buyer's cost and buyer is liable for the shipping cost for replacement battery. Warranty becomes void if the battery has been improperly charged, installed or misused in any way.

Warranty and Repair Claim Process
Should you wish to claim a warranty on your item, please contact us with proof of purchase. Photos and/or videos of the item may also be requested to assist in the claim process.
The cost of sending and returning your product is at the customers expense.
Warranty repair timeframe may take up to 60 days depend on replacement parts availability. If there is a delay due to the nature of the repair, or a delay beyond our control, we will inform you and do whatever possible to limit the turnaround time of your product.
