Re-delivery fee will be charged on buyers for item that is undeliverable and/or returned to IBASE TRADING due to incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful delivery.
Any changes of address after checkout will not be considered as valid.
IBASE TRADING is not liable for any delay, losses and/or damage of items due to changes of delivery address after checkout, or mistakes made by buyers.. If a problem arises, please contact us and we will undertake to resolve any issue.
Item/s must be returned intact as was received by Buyer including unaltered Bracelet (no missing links), Tags and Booklets. No return accepted for change of mind or buyer’s remorse. Shipping and Handling is the sole responsibility of the Buyer and is not refundable.
DOA (Dead on Arrival) items must be reported within 7 days from delivered date. A replacement item will be issued. Return must be agreed by both parties prior to the actual return.
Charges may apply if the product is damaged by buyer when the returned item is received. There will NOT be refund if such cases occur.
