- Free shipping is available to all metropolitan areas Australia wide.
- Rural or remote areas are likely to be free, however they can incur hefty shipping charges when dealing with heavy items such as magnet and tool supplies.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO NOT SHIP TO REMOTE OR RURAL LOCATIONS.
IF PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE, A FULL REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.
PLEASE NOTE : Because we use courier services for our product deliveries, we cannot offer shipment to : PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers or other such services. Please specify a fixed commercial or residential delivery address upon checkout.
"Change of mind" includes purchases you have made in error eg accidentally ordered the wrong item, items that don't fit the way you thought they would.
We will accept a change of mind return provided it meets the following criteria :
✔ Returned within 30 days
✔ Item must be unused in original packaging
✔ Item must be complete with all original tags / labels attached
✔ You have contacted us and we have approved the return
If an item is faulty, incorrectly described or different from the sample shown we will provide an exchange or refund provided the item is returned within a reasonable time.
If the item is deemed to be used incorrectly the product will be returned to you.
Consumable products are covered only if the product has arrived in a damaged condition, a refund will be given only if the products have not been used.
If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method.
Once returned items have been received, we will process the refund and notify you. Your refund will be credited back to you within one to five business days, depending on the payment method used to place your order.
If the item returned does not meet our Returns and Exchange Policy conditions set above the items will be sent back to you.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
