We are an established Australia based business, with an online presence since 2004. Our product listings are for stock held within our own warehouse based in Moorabbin, Victoria, and are available for immediate dispatch. We are proud of the range of products we offer, based on our love of anything to do with cars, 4WDing, caravanning and camping.

We ship all items within 1 business day.
If an order is placed on the weekend or public holiday, please note dispatch will usually be the next working day. For tracked shipments, please allow up to 12 hours for tracking to begin.
We understand that sometimes an item may not turn out to be exactly what you needed. If you are not happy with this product, simply return it to us in its original condition and packaging within 30 days. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% on returned items.
We like to keep our customers happy so if you have any concerns please contact us as soon as possible.
Returns need to include the invoice, and a brief note explaining the return. We recommend returning with tracking to avoid loss of item. Returned items must include the box it came in and be in resellable condition.
From time to time unfortunately items do get lost and damaged in transit, please do not blame us for this, we do not control the actions of Australia Post or the courier drivers, but instead please contact us so we can try to assist in resolving the problem with the freight company.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
