It includes four 2.5 kg weight plates, four 1.25 kg weight plates and two 2.25 kg steel dumbbell bars and has a total weight of about 20 kg. These weight plates are made of cast iron that has been given a baked enamel powder coat finish and they can easily be secured onto the bars with the included spinlock collars. The weight is clearly stamped on each plate for quick and easy identification.
