Manufactured in Italy to the highest standards, it’s the ideal centrepiece for high-throughput cooking environments requiring flexibility and reliability.

This model includes six high-efficiency burners in two sizes: 60 mm burners (21.6 Mj) and 100 mm burners (36 Mj), giving chefs full control over a wide range of heat outputs. Each burner is equipped with a flame failure device and a protected pilot light to ensure safe operation. The heavy-duty cast iron pan supports feature extended centre fins, making them suitable for everything from small saucepans to oversized stock pots.

Built for integration with open base cupboards, bridging supports or cantilever systems, the unit features a 930 mm deep worktop in 2 mm thick AISI 304 stainless steel with a Scotch Brite finish. IPX5-rated for water protection and fitted with smooth-glide control knobs, the cook top combines hygiene, durability and seamless workflow with professional-grade performance.
