The Electrolux Professional 900XP 4 Hob Electric Cook Top on Electric Oven delivers robust performance and versatility in a compact 800mm-wide footprint. Designed for high-volume kitchens, this unit combines powerful cast-iron hobs with a fully integrated electric oven below, streamlining cooking and baking processes within a single footprint.

The cooktop includes four 4 kW electric hot plates, each hermetically sealed to a durable AISI 304 stainless steel top. Beneath, the electric oven features a 40 mm insulated door and ribbed cast-iron base, offering even heat distribution across three shelf levels that accommodate 2/1 GN trays. Independent thermostats for the top and bottom oven elements provide precise cooking control from 100oC to 300oC.

Constructed with easy-clean Scotch Brite stainless steel and IPX5 water resistance, this model is built for demanding kitchen environments. The ergonomic control knobs are specially designed to prevent water infiltration, and the unit is suited for countertop installation or mounting on adjustable legs or cantilever systems.
