Engineered for demanding commercial kitchens, the 900XP 2-burner gas cook top from Electrolux Professional combines high performance with refined European design. Manufactured in Italy, this 400 mm wide unit is built for chefs who require power, precision and flexibility in a compact footprint.

The cook top features two high-efficiency burners: a 60 mm burner with adjustable output from 5.4 to 21.6 Mj, and a 100 mm burner with a range from 10 to 36 Mj. With flame failure devices and a protected pilot light, it delivers reliable safety in busy environments. Durable cast iron pan supports with long central fins accommodate everything from small saucepans to large stock pots with ease.

Ideal for installation on open base cupboards, bridges or cantilever systems, the unit includes IPX5 water protection, smooth-turn control knobs, and a 2 mm AISI 304 stainless steel worktop. The right-angled sides allow flush-fit alignment with adjoining equipment for maximum hygiene and seamless workflow.
