There are 5 standard size room configurations, making them ideal for a wide range of spaces. All cool and freezer rooms include 100mm thick Polyurethane panels which offer high energy efficiency and power savings compared to other brands on the market.

We also produce cool and freezer rooms in custom sizes. If you have a special size requirement, please contact us and we will be happy to provide a custom quotation.
Please note, the 1500 × 1500 Coolroom is the least popular size and is generally not kept in stock.
It can be manufactured to order upon request however will require approximately 8 weeks lead time.
All other sizes are generally in stock.

Panel Information:

The high quality, 100mm thick polyurethane panels we use to construct cool rooms and freezer rooms have some of the highest rated insulation in the world, saving energy and preventing the internal temperature from changing. Our specialized polyurethane panels are high strength, moisture resistant, and have high quality temperature insulation properties.

The panels can also be disassembled and reassembled if you wish to expand or modify your cool room or freezer room in the future.

Many cool rooms and freezer rooms on the market are made of polystyrene panels (EPS) which can absorb and hold over 40% of the moisture from kitchen environments from sources such as fats, oils and water. This can make them highly flammable, whereas polyurethane holds zero moisture and is mold-proof, anti-corrosive, age-resistant, moth-proof, chemical-resistant and non-toxic.

Important Delivery Information:

• All coolrooms are delivered by courier truck with a single driver
• Coolroom panels are not heavy individually and will arrive stacked on a pallet.
• Panels will be unloaded from the truck individually, panel by panel
• As some panels are 2.4m long, the driver will need assistance from your team to help unload
• The delivery charge on the website include a single driver and assumes that you will help unload
• If you will be unable to provide any assistance to the driver to unload, please let us know before ordering so we can arrange a special quote with additional assistance
• If additional assistance is required, an additional fee will need to be added to the delivery charge
