"I made a genuine mistake in ordering a second bed as I didn’t think the First transaction had processed. I cancelled the order as soon as I discovered the mistake which was within 8 hours on a Sunday evening. On the Tuesday they advised that both beds were being sent. They claimed it was a “change on mind” return and insisted that I pay the return freight and a restocking fee. I think it was very bad form from OneShop and I am very disappointed that Kogan.com didn’t want to help with what was accidental purchase and continued to hide behind the change of mind rule. We are happy with the product but would advise caution when dealing with OneShop."
