Trouble Shooting:
Q: Why is the soft wax not coming out of cartridge?
SOLUTION:Make sure heating soft wax cartridge at least 25-30 minutes, and then disconnect the wax warmer and use it in downwards to try few times to roll the soft wax out .
Q: Why the Wax did not pull off all the hair?
A: You are not applying enough pressure with depilatory paper on the skin, or the applied soft wax is not hot enough or too thin.
SOLUTION: make sure the soft wax in the warmer(power disconnected) to apply on skin. Re-heat the soft wax and re-apply thick enough wax on your skin. Re-apply the soft wax with more pressure, so all the hairs are sufficiently shrink by the wax and apply the depilatory paper firmly on the skin 3-5 seconds, then peel off the paper sharply against the hair direction.
